Christian Faith Center

Our Story

Christian Faith Center was founded in 1987 by Pastor John Esposito and Reverend Donna Esposito. Together, they established a Bible-based church where individuals and families could encounter God, grow in faith, and experience the love of a genuine church family.

In 2020, their son, Pastor Nick Esposito, became the pastor of Christian Faith Center, continuing the ministry and spiritual foundation established by his parents.

In 2026, leadership transitioned to Pastors Nick and Trish Zygnerski. Today, Christian Faith Center remains committed to faithfully teaching God’s Word, building strong relationships, and helping people connect with God, grow in their faith, and go into the world to share the love of Jesus.

Who We Are

Christian Faith Center is a Bible-based church that believes in the divine inspiration, authority, and infallibility of God’s Word. Scripture is the foundation of our faith and guides how we worship, live, serve, and relate to one another.

We are also a church family. We believe no one should walk through life alone, and we are committed to creating a welcoming community where people can belong, grow, receive encouragement, and experience the love of Christ.

TENENTS OF FAITH

  • The Word of God

    We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and the revealed will of God. It is living, powerful, and the foundation for what we believe and how we live.

  • The One True God

    We believe there is one true God, revealed as the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Each is co-equal and co-eternal. Jesus Christ, God manifested in the flesh, is the second person of the Godhead.

  • The Fall and Redemption of Humanity

    We believe humanity was created in the image of God. Through voluntary transgression, humanity fell into sin, and our only hope of redemption is through Jesus Christ, the Son of God.

  • The Salvation of Humanity

    We believe that on the cross, Jesus Christ bore sin and sickness, providing salvation and healing for humanity. Salvation is received by believing in your heart that God raised Jesus from the dead and confessing with your mouth that Jesus is Lord.

  • The Salvation of Humanity (continuted)

    The inward evidence of salvation is the direct witness of the Holy Spirit. Its outward evidence is a life characterized by holiness and love.

  • The Salvation of Humanity (continuted)

    Salvation is received through faith in Jesus Christ and not through human works. Our works do not earn salvation; rather, they provide evidence of our faith and will be considered when believers receive their eternal reward.

  • Water Baptism

    We believe water baptism is a public declaration that a believer has died with Christ and has been raised with Him to walk in newness of life.

  • The Lord’s Supper

    We believe the Lord’s Supper—the sharing of the bread and the cup—is a sacred remembrance of Jesus Christ and His sacrifice for us.

  • The Baptism of the Holy Spirit

    We believe all believers are entitled to, and should earnestly seek, the promise of the Father: the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, according to the command of Jesus Christ. This experience brings power for life and service, along with spiritual gifts for the work of ministry. It is distinct from and subsequent to the experience of the new birth.

  • The Evidence of the Baptism of the Holy Spirit

    We believe the full consummation of the Baptism of believers in the Holy Spirit is evidenced by the initial physical sign of speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance, followed by the manifestation of spiritual power in public testimony, Christian living, and service.

  • Connect

    Salvation comes through accepting what Jesus Chris did for us on the cross and accepting the free gift of salvation only He can provide. He said in John 14:6, "Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."

  • Grow

    After committing our lives to Jesus, the Word says in 2 Peter 3:18 to, "GROW in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ." We do this through intentional discipleship in Bible School courses, Bible studies and other learning moments in our Discipleship Pathway.

  • Go

    Just as Jesus said in the great commission, we as His disciples need to, "... GO and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you." (Matthew 28:19-20)

Pastor

Pastor Nick (The Second - as he jokingly says) began serving at Christian Faith Center through the music ministry, playing guitar, singing, and stepping in on piano or drums whenever needed. He later became the ministry’s leader and the church’s worship leader. His passion for serving also extends to the media team, where he helps oversee the church’s technology and technical production.

When the former pastor stepped down in 2026, Pastor Nick sensed the Lord calling him into pastoral leadership. He is currently completing his final year at Charis Bible College and is passionate about helping people know God, understand His Word, and grow in their faith.

Pastor

Pastor Trish Zygnerski

From her very first day at Christian Faith Center, Pastor Trish felt at home and knew she had found her church family. She began serving as a singer in the music ministry before sensing the Lord lead her to work with the church’s teenagers, where she became the Youth Leader.

In 2026, Pastor Trish independently sensed the same call to pastoral leadership as her husband—a shared calling God confirmed in both of their hearts. She graduated from Charis Bible College in 2024, where she was honored to serve as the commencement speaker, and she continues to volunteer with the college today.
